DeLesa Swanigan serves as Co-Pastor of The Light Christian Church (TLCC) in Sacramento, CA, alongside her husband, Pastor O.J. Swanigan. They have been married 38 years, and have two sons, Orintheo and Olan; a daughter-in-love, Kesia; and two beautiful grandchildren, Onna and Omari.

DeLesa tremendously enjoys partnering with her husband and their incredible leadership team at TLCC in fulfilling the vision and mission God has entrusted to them.  Her primary areas of focus include organizational and leadership development, including strategic planning, change management, and the TLCC Leadership Academy.  DeLesa also serves as a coach and strategic business partner to organizational leaders to support them in their leadership journey and in executing short and long-term strategic initiatives.

DeLesa holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She is also a certified Executive Coach and Leadership Development Strategist and Facilitator.

Most of all, DeLesa wholeheartedly loves the Lord and is committed to fulfilling God’s purpose and assignment for her life within the body of Christ and in the world.
