Conference Overview
The 2025 Level Up Conference will be held Thursday, October 9 – Friday, October 10, 2025, at The Legacy Center, 2324 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.
Yes. The Thursday Evening Session is free and open to everyone.
Check-In & Schedule
Check-in opens at 7:30 AM both days in the Legacy Center Courtyard. Please bring your conference ticket (digital or printed) or your conference badge for entry.
Doors open at 7:30 AM for the Thursday and Friday day sessions and at 6:00 PM for the Thursday evening session.
The complete schedule is available on the COP App, which provides live updates and session details. A download link and QR code will be available at the check-in desk for your convenience.
Attire
The dress code is business casual.
Day Session Entry
Entry to the day sessions requires one of the following:
- A paid registration ticket
- Confirmation as a speaker
- Pre-registration as a volunteer
Parking & Accessibility
There are several parking options available:
- COP Cathedral (Free): 2223 Capitol Avenue (corner of Capitol & 23rd Street)
- COP Legacy Center (Free): 2324 L Street (enter from 23rd Street)
- Metered Street Parking: Available nearby
- Fort Sutter Parking Garage: 1308 28th Street ($4 per hour or $18 per day)
Yes. COP golf carts (two black, six-passenger carts) will shuttle attendees between the Fort Sutter Garage and The Legacy Center from 7 AM to 4 PM on both days.
Yes. The Legacy Center is fully ADA accessible.
Food & Beverages
Yes.
- Continental Breakfast: Thursday, October 9 at 8:00 AM
- Brunch: Friday, October 10 at Noon
- Water, coffee, and tea will be available throughout both days.
