Towles is the founder and president of Phyllis Towles Coaching. She enjoys coaching and championing executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders with tested truths that transform their personal, spiritual, and professional lives.

Currently, she is a staff pastor at Center Of Praise, where she is the Director of Ministry Advancement and Development. Formerly an Engineer and Director at Intel Corporation, Executive Pastor at New Season, and the Greater Sacramento Area Coordinator at My Hope with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
