Starla Miller

Starla is the Administrative Specialist at COP, handling HR, ER, and Payroll. She has been involved in ministry as a volunteer or as an employee since the age of 16. Prior to employment at COP, she was an Office/HR Manager at a church where she and her husband served for 16 years. Starla started her career in the corporate environment at Procter & Gamble where she worked for 10 years. Along the way, she has had roles as an Executive Assistant for a CEO of an investment banking company, and a Christian non-profit organization serving orphans in Africa, worked as a Registrar at a Christian school, and was the owner of a professional organizing business.

Starla holds a B.A. in Psychology from CSUS and a certification in Human Resource Management from UCLA. She has been married for 38 years to her musical husband and has 3 daughters and 6 precious grandbabies.
